About me
I am a registered dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating. I obtained a first-class honours bachelor (BSc) degree in Dietetics and a distinction Master of Science (MSc) degree in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition from University College London (UCL).
I began my career working for the Priory Group, on an eating disorder inpatient ward. Since then, I have been working for the NHS in an eating disorder outpatient service.
Every eating disorder patient I have treated has presented differently, requiring an individualised approach. This is why I tailor each nutrition treatment plan accordingly. I believe everyone is unique, our bodies and minds differ greatly so why should treatment plans be the same.
My approach is to work collaboratively with individuals to explore what works for them and to facilitate a safe space for exploration. After working together, I hope individuals will be confident and flexible around food.
I would love to hear from you via email if you would like to work with me.
