About me

Registered Nutritionist (under the category of "science"), Neuropsychologist, Neuro-developmental Specialist and Nutritional Neuroscientist.

I provide specialist consultancy and nutritional guidance in relation to brain-health, child, adolescent and adult psychological health. I offer assessments for nutritional insufficiencies and advice on brain-selective nutrients which may positively enhance cognition, mood and better assist in day-to-day symptom management.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Registered Nutritionist, a Child Neuropsychologist, Neurodevelopmental Specialist and Coach. I have a London-based, private consultancy service and assist families and individual clients from multiple perspectives with an overall focus on the role of nutrition in brain-health conditions.

Between 2012-2016, I spent 4 years working for the largest biomedical research agency called The National Institutes of Health (NIH).

My PhD is in Child Neuropsychology and was conducted in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. I have a BSc and MSc in Psychology which were awarded First Class with Honours and Distinction respectively. My first book in Smart Foods for Healthy Brains is being published next year by Hachette.

Association for Nutrition

The Association for Nutrition is the professional body for the regulation and registration of nutritionists, including public health nutritionists, exercise nutritionists, and animal nutritionists.

The Association aims to protect the public and promote wellbeing by admitting to the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) only those who demonstrate high ethical and quality standards, founded on evidence-based science.

It sets proficiency and competence criteria, promotes continuing professional development and safe conduct, and accredits university undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
