About me

I support clients who are experiencing hormonal imbalance at different life stages such as menopause and infertility.

For the body to function at an optimum level it is essential that there is balance at a hormonal and cellular level as this dictates the function of all systems in the body and imbalance can manifest in countless symptoms.

Being both a Nutritional Therapist & Psychotherapist, I passionately believe in the bidirectional relationship between the mind & body and how this drives your overall state of health. I use functional tests and supplementation to support my practice where indicated and have the ability to support this with psychotherapy on request.

Each client has their own unique story and health picture, as such, together we will create a bespoke personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan to support your specific needs to bring your health back into balance so that you can live a life you love.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered and regulated Nutritional Therapist & Psychotherapist who has been practicing for 14 years all around the world.

I specialise in female hormone imbalance & also the impact of stress hormones on physical health.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
