About me

I provide Nutritional analysis and dietary support in the form of meal plans and general guidance, tailored specifically to your goals and requirements.

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with several years experience working with patients with a myriad of needs nutritionally, including children.

I provide packages with discount for multiple bookings and unlimited text and email support, as well as a specific package for little ones and children. I also provide one off initial consultations with an overall review and the possible addition of a meal plan, complete with shopping list if required.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked in clinics with other therapists and managed an alternative therapies and supplement store. I have taken 1 to 1 clients there with a variety of health indications. I also work privately as a nutritionist and private chef for one client full time. Since lockdown began I have been taking clients remotely over zoom nationally.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
