Paula Gallon Bsc (Hons) Registered Dietitian
My name is Paula Gallon, and I am a Registered Dietitian based in Warwickshire and the West Midlands. I worked in the NHS for 13 years and am now offering private video consultations.
What areas do I specialise in?
My main specialisations are in diabetes, polycystic ovary disease and heart health including high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
I also have a particular interest in body positive approaches to healthy eating and lifestyle including intuitive eating and health at every size. If you have found that restrictive diet and exercise programs for weight loss have left you tired and disillusioned, I can support you to make personalised healthy lifestyle changes that work for you.
I can also help you if you have experienced weight loss and would like advice on how to eat a balanced diet whilst eating for weight gain.
What will a consultation do for me?
A private video consultation with a Dietitian gives the opportunity to have all of your questions answered at a time and place to suit you.
I can provide an understanding of your condition, how your medications work with your food, and the latest evidence for diet and lifestyle changes that work. This will take into consideration the things in your life that are important to you and will help you to make decisions about your treatment in partnership with your healthcare professionals.
How to book.
Book online now at my website or feel free to call me if you have any questions about my services.
