-I found it completely eye-opening, making me question long-held habits and beliefs, and training me in a whole range of tools that will be useful for everything in life, not just my diet. It's a brilliant combination of coaching and nutrition that I think works particularly well for people like me, whose lives and beliefs about themselves impact directly on their diet. You shared about your own life, which I always find really inspiring, as it makes you feel like you're not alone, and that change is possible. You were really warm and kind, and that made each session feel caring and supportive. Thank you!

-Working with Pamella is genuinely life-changing, and I now feel like I have the tools to make a difference in how I think and act around nutrition, self-care, health, food and reasons for eating. And these resonate much more broadly in my life too. I have recommended Pamella to friends in need of support and I know they too have seen benefits. Pamella is such a joy to work with - kind but firm, very knowledgeable and a clear communicator. I’m looking forward to the next stage of our sessions as I feel there is so much more to learn and act upon.

-I’ve been gaining weight for years, but in June 2017 I decided to change my life. I met Pamella, a nutritional therapist and she helped changing my life and changed everything I knew about diets. She is very dedicated and attentive, very punctual in hers directions. In the last 8 months I already lost 18kg, but further than losing weight I have a better sleep pattern, my body pain is gone, my BP is much better, I have more energy and motivation that makes me jump to the gym daily. I owe everything to Pamella for the support and commitment with me. Thank you very much Pamella.
