About me

I am a qualified and accredited Nutritional Therapist (dipNT, mBANT, rCNHC) based in Kensal Rise/QueensPark and Chiswick in London. I hold consultations in and around north west & west London. If you live further away, then I'm happy to skype.

I help people achieve greater balance, whether through improving energy levels, managing stress better or offering guidance on addressing a specific health concern.

With a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medecine, I am a BANT registered practitioner. I can help you address the underlying causes of a health issue, identifying potential nutritional imbalances and assessing how these may be contributing to specific symptoms.

I have a holistic approach and recognise that each person is an individual with unique requirements and consider the whole person – the emotional state as well as the physical. Most importantly, I aim to make sure you feel ‘heard’.  Aside from perhaps having a specific health concern, many people I see feel stressed or experience low mood. I feel both nutritional therapy and restorative yoga can make a significant difference to your overall quality of life.

Lifestyle Medicine is now being seen as the future of healthcare but when life gets busy, it’s easy to neglect our health and wellbeing. As a Nutrition Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, my goal is to support you step by step and help you enjoy the benefits of optimum health and wellbeing, offering practical, individualised advice that you can apply to your daily life.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
