About me

It can be hard to find time in a busy life to eat for your health.  You'd like a practical plan for weight loss that works, a healthy gut and happy hormones. You need a way to eat that makes you look and feel great,  that suits you and your lifestyle. You don't need another diet, you need a health plan that works for you.

Rather than excluding food groups and counting calories, I help you eat for nutrition, enjoy food you love, improve your energy, mood and sleep and develop healthy habits around food choices and lifestyle.

I offer practical, effective support with a personalised nutrition plan, recipes, help with habit change and motivation - to maintain a weight that suits you and enjoy the benefits of good health for lifelong wellbeing.

My other interests include good digestion and happy hormones. Rather than struggle with symptoms such as bloating, wind, discomfort or food sensitivities, I help you to heal the gut, improve digestion, relax around food and enjoy eating a delicious and nutritious diet.

You may like a diet and lifestyle MOT, or support with healthy ageing: looking after nutrition, stress, sleep and movement to strengthen immunity, brain and heart health and activity - for long-term wellbeing and optimal health.

My aim is to offer all the guidance and motivation you need to rebalance your body systems and regain control over your health - so get in touch for a free call and let's get started.

How will nutritional therapy help me?

Targeted nutrition and lifestyle support can make a real difference to symptoms impacting your life such as: weight gain, poor digestion, problem skin, low energy,  poor sleep, low mood, or managing healthy ageing.

I design a personalised nutrition plan of simple steps, help with habit change, motivation and forming workable, practical solutions you can incorporate into the framework of your daily life, to help you achieve your health goals.

How does it work?

Naturopathic nutrition uses food as medicine to support your body's natural healing mechanisms and restore health, focusing on the root cause of symptoms to enable meaningful, long-term improvement.  Acting alongside conventional medicine,  advice is simple and supportive, driven by what is manageable and achievable. We are all different, so finding good food you enjoy, realistic plans and lifestyle guidance you can follow, plus building a greater understanding around food will enable you to eat well and enjoy ongoing health benefits.

We discuss your current health status and health goals, plan step-by-step changes with frequent check-ins together to review progress, develop the plan and help you stay on track. Options to suit different budgets and time frames.

Consultations are at my home or via Zoom. It's a good idea to allow 3 months for best results, though you may see earlier improvements. Head over to my website www.carolinebartonnutrition.co.uk for more details

I offer a free initial call, so do please get in touch anytime by phone on 07852255813 or via email, where I'll be happy to hear from you and answer any questions about how I can help.
