About me

Helena specialises in mood and energy optimisation, and also works with clients to support weight loss, metabolic health, chronic/recurrent illnesses, women's health, gut health, skin health and more. She is the founder of Nourish&Be, a Nutritional Therapy and Life Coaching practice dedicated to holistically optimising the health of body and mind. Helena's mission is to transform the way clients think about their health. Guided by the belief that health is not simply the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing, Helena takes a holistic approach to wellness. Drawing on a wealth of experience as a Nutritional Therapist, Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Life coach and private chef, Helena supports clients in achieving lasting, meaningful change.

Each client is treated as an individual, with personalised programmes designed to address their unique needs and goals. Whether optimising energy, addressing burnout or supporting mental health, Helena offers a compassionate and highly customised approach.
