I’m a Specialist Cancer Dietitian and Nutritionist with years of experience helping people like you feel more in control of their nutrition. In addition to specialising in Cancer Nutrition, I can also assist you with the dietary management of various chronic conditions including heal and support your weight management goals.
Whether you're dealing with unexpected changes, at an increased risk of cancer, looking for advice to manage your medical condition or just want clear, practical nutrition advice, I’m here to help with compassionate, science-based guidance tailored to you.
With a background in the NHS, community care, and private practice, I’ve worked with individuals, groups, GPs, and other healthcare professionals, I specialise in turning complex nutrition advice into simple, everyday steps that fit your lifestyle. I continue to work in the NHS alongside private practice and also work for the World Cancer Research Fund Nutrition helpline providing specialist cancer nutrition support advice.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
