About us

Nina’s Nutrition & Wellness Consulting has been in business since 2014. The focus is on taking a holistic approach – a whole man approach - when coaching people and educating them to make healthier changes, in order to benefit their overall health, both physical and mental wellbeing.

Nina's expertise lies in Nutrition for Mental Health & Gut Health; providing Nutrition education, Pescatarian /Vegetarian / Vegan diets, & Mediterranean cooking.  She has worked with numerous people on developing and maintaining healthier habits long-term. “Eating healthy, doesn’t have to be boring!”

Training, qualifications & experience

Nina is an experienced Nutritionist, Wellness Coach & a qualified Personal Trainer, passionate for helping people to feel healthier & happier.

In addition to running her Nutrition & Wellness practice, Nina has worked on various roles in the Nutrition & Wellness industry. Soon after graduating from University, she joined the Food Industry. Nina worked at Leatherhead Food Research, (a food research centre) in the role of Sensory & Consumer project leader contributing into the consumer testing of popular food products sold in the British supermarkets. In parallel, she has been working as an independent Health Coach with an internationally known brand – Herbalife Nutrition; this is where she has been motivating health behaviours to people within the local community through delivering Healthy eating advice & events promoting an active lifestyle.

In 2016, Nina started working as an Occupational health Wellness Expert helping corporates to shape a healthier working environment and a healthier & happier workforce. In this role (served for 3 years) she has been delivering Workplace Wellness talks, Mindfulness Workshops, Exercise classes, Health Checks, Wellness Evaluations and Nutrition advice to groups of employees of large civil service organisations such as Transport for London (TfL) & private companies based across the UK, such as Ford Motor Co. Furthermore, she has worked with the official charity of Crystal Palace F.C (PalaceforLife), helping families and young children in South London to develop healthier habits, by educating the importance of making healthier choices in their food shopping and by motivating them to become more active through taking part in fun learning activities with their children.

Lastly, over the last couple of years, her passion for Nutrition & Wellness has led her to start organising Wellness Retreats in the Greek islands! Nina is the co-founder of The Ultimate Health Fest Wellness Retreats, where with her team are delivering a range of exciting workshops varying from Yoga & Capoeira and many more fun activities. Nina also teaches Mediterranean cooking, Mindfulness and Intuitive eating. This is probably the most fun of all the projects that she has worked on so far; the most exciting bit of this is the formation of an international growing community of like-minded people!

In her spare time, Nina volunteers as a Public Speaker for charities such as Diabetes UK, raising awareness for Diabetes in local communities in London. During the Pandemic she has been volunteering her time to support people with maintaining their health & mental wellbeing.

Professional registrations:

•Registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), the only register for qualified Nutritionists recognised by the NHS and Public Health England.
•Registered as an Exercise Professional with (REPs)
•Member of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).
