Nikki Robertson - Gut Health Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach (MB Program)
My goal is simple - it is to help you find what is creating an imbalance in your gut health and find the best way to deal with that for you, so you can be confident going about your daily life, and not worry about what you ate or when you might need the bathroom.
Functional Testing helps give a detailed picture of what is, or isn't going on inside your body. Basing your plan on your results means you get the best route to better health.
Gut health is a key area of interest for me as I have had my own issues here - in fact that's what brought me to nutrition. It's a fascinating area with new research emerging all the time about our micrbiome.
Digestion is an often overlooked step in our busy lives. There are many ways we can improve this, the most basic which you've probably heard many times is to chew your food well so that it needs less effort to breakdown in the stomach and beyond. All the systems of the body are interlinked and problems with digestion can show in another - what you eat affects your mood, provides fuel for your brain, powers your muscles and can even influence your appetite via your hormones. Autoimmune disorders can often be a reaction to a certain food.
The easiest way to get in touch is by email or phone however, if you call and there's no answer please leave a short message so that I can call you back.
The Metabolic Balance program is great for weight loss OR gain, but is growing in popularity with people who recognise the benefits of resetting their system who simply wish to maintain their weight. It is also great for gut health - I loved doing the program and felt fantastic afterwards. It had an amazing result on my skin. If you're interested in this please get in touch.
