I am passionate about health and helping other people understand nature’s resources and how we can use them to achieve better health. Looking for the root cause of your health issue and treating it is the important work we have to do.
First of all, please call or request a call from me so we can talk about your issues and see if the way I work and suggest you to work is something you are happy with.
After the initial call we will set up a date for the firs consultation in which we talk in detail about your past and present lifestyle and diet.
I explain to you the connection between food and the physical organs and the mind, the and what effects the different foods have in our body.
I encourage you to commit to following my suggestions (treatment plan) for diet and lifestyle adjustments in order for you to achieve better health.
