About me

I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 15 years experience specialising in optimising brain health and mental wellbeing in both children and adults.

I am the Clinic Director at Urban Wellness, an online nutrition and functional medicine clinic helping you to optimise your brain health, mental health and moods.  At Urban Wellness we work to uncover your root cause or causes of your symptoms, and create a personalised plan to re-establish balance and create wellbeing.

Many of our clients have been struggling with their moods and mental wellbeing for years.  They often present with other health conditions as well including gut issues, hormone imbalances or challenges such as EDS or MCAS.  A large number of our clients have also been diagnosed or suspect they may be neurodiverse.

I am also an experienced eating disorder nutritionist for both children and adults, as well as supporting many adults with other health issues who have a history of an eating disorder as a teenager.

You can change your mind!

You do not have to learn to live with poor mental health regardless of any diagnosis, medications, or how long you have struggled.

I work with all clients for a minimum of 12 weeks, with either weekly or fortnightly sessions depending on how much support you need. All our calls are online using the Better App (available on desktop, mobile or tablet).

This includes:

  • Every new client started with an in-depth 90-minute full health assessment (60-minutes for children under 18) which forms the foundation of our work together.
  • Weekly or fortnightly 45-minute follow-up sessions
  • Messenger function to ask any questions in-between sessions so you feel fully supported
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan after every session
  • Recommendations for functional tests and supplements (if needed)
  • Test interpretations - either GP or private tests
  • GP letters if required
  • 10% discount on appropriate supplements, checking for any interactions with prescribed medications
  • Resources, recipes and additional support where required
  • Access to the Better App so you have your plans, documents, test results and in your pocket

If you would like to book your free discovery call to discuss how I can best support you to reach your health goals and answer any questions you have about the process, please use this link here.

info Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
