About me

I am a BANT registered nutritionist and I help people who have challenges with Digestive Health, Chronic Conditions as well as specialising in Men’s Health.

I help my clients by working closely with them to gain a detailed understanding of their symptom picture, health history and unravel the complexities of how they are feeling and how they want to feel in the future.

This allows me to put the pieces of an often complex puzzle together to then develop no-fuss, uncomplicated, personalised nutritional programmes that aim to restore their health, vitality and balance.

My passion for food and nutrition started early in my life, however by my early-30s I was suffering with poor digestive health and immune resilience with no clear diagnosis. By turning to nutritional therapy and functional medicine, I was able to successfully reverse my symptoms and restore my health. After this, I made the commitment to undertake my training in nutritional therapy at The College of Naturopathic Medicine to help others too.

I know the power of food as medicine and I firmly believe that it is the cornerstone of long-term, sustainable health and wellbeing.

What my clients have to say:

"Neil is clear, concise, communicative, caring - all the things you want a professional advisor to be, especially one specialising in something as crucial as health and nutrition. I’m down 16kg…I’m no longer pre-diabetic and we’re getting to work on the next phase of my health and weight loss journey."

“Neil took the time to understand my background from health issues to possible emotional triggers.”

“Neil’s knowledge and expertise combined with innate understanding and passion for nutrition make him a joy to partner with.”

“I’ve seen a few nutritionists but never have I experienced such a personal approach with a truly personalised programme as with Neil Bridgeman.”
