About me

Hi - I'm Neil, a nutritionist providing nutritional therapy and clinical services to clients across a wide spectrum of complex health issues associated with stress, low mood, gastrointestinal issues, hormonal imbalances, weight management, men's health, fatigue, menstrual health as well supporting clients optimise their general health and vitality.

My guiding philosophy to provide you with no fuss, uncomplicated, personalised nutritional and naturopathic strategies so that you can enjoy life-long wellbeing and vitality.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We will work together to develop strategies and tactics to support whatever your health challenges might be – this is truly personalised, precision-based nutrition.

Using the functional medicine model, I see the body as one integrated whole, not a collection of different organs and systems that are disconnected. Simply, I look at your whole body, surrounding environment as well as lifestyle, not just your symptoms.

From a naturopathic perspective, my approach is to use evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle interventions to support the whole person, to teach and advocate prevention and ultimately aim to identify the root cause of illness versus a purely curative approach.

So how does this work in practice? More often than not, we would start out with a FREE 15-minute chat to get to know one another and understand how I can help.

We would follow up with a more in-depth initial appointment online. In all likelihood, I would get you to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire and lifestyle diary to give us a head start on our time together.

Depending on your case, we may need to undertake some testing (sometimes privately, sometimes through your doctor).

From this, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle program is developed and we work together over the coming weeks and months to implement it with a number of follow up sessions. Throughout, I am available for support, check-ins, questions. It’s a partnership. Not just something you’re expected to do on your own.

“Neil took the time to understand my background from health issues to possible emotional triggers.”
