Hi, I’m Natasha and I help women in their 40s and 50s who want to get control over crazy hormone imbalances and get back to their happy weight so they can feel like themselves again. I’m passionate about female health and have a successful nutritionist practice in Sheffield, Yorkshire.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

Additional information

I work with my clients in 121 sessions spread out over 12 weeks as it can take time for you to create new healthy habits. My programmes cost £300 for four sessions or £450 for seven sessions. I offer a free initial appointment either over the phone or by zoom so you can explore whether working with me is something you would like to do.
