About me
My name is Natasha, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a specialist interest in mental health.
If you or your child is struggling with a mental health condition or neurodivergence, you're not alone. These challenges are increasingly common, and you’re in the right place for support.
Mental wellbeing is deeply rooted in a complex web of biological and environmental factors. Brain chemistry relies on the healthy function of neurotransmitters - the messengers that regulate mood, focus, behaviour and the stress response. These systems are in constant communication with your gut via what’s known as the gut-brain axis.
Your genetic makeup also plays a key role. Some individuals have a higher need for specific nutrients or face challenges with nutrient metabolism, hormone regulation or detoxification. When these systems aren’t working optimally, it can directly affect how you think, feel and behave. Life factors such as toxic exposure, trauma, sleep quality and certain medications also contribute to shaping your mental wellbeing. For these reasons, a personalised approach is essential.
I take a functional approach, supporting the brain and body as one connected system. I work with you to uncover the root causes of your symptoms through in-depth lifestyle and diet assessments, exploring your health history from pre-birth to the present day, and using functional medicine testing when needed.
From there, we create a personalised plan using targeted nutrition, supplements and lifestyle strategies to support not just symptom relief, but long-term mental wellbeing.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information
To explore what’s really driving your mental health challenges and how I can support you, book a free 20-minute discovery call via telephone or Zoom.
During the call, we’ll discuss your main health concerns, I’ll explain how I work, and together we’ll decide if it feels like the right fit. I generally work through structured programmes rather than one-off sessions, as this allows for the ongoing support and in-depth functional testing or GP blood analysis. However, one-off sessions are available if you're unable to commit to a full programme. During our discovery call we will talk through which option best suits your needs, along with the costs involved.
An initial consultation includes:
Pre-consultation medical questionnaire & 3-day diet diary
90-minute initial consultation – a deep dive into your health history, symptoms & goals
Evaluation of current medications & supplements, including drug-nutrient interactions
Analysis of any recent test results
A comprehensive health report and tailored protocol
For clients with complex or ongoing mental health concerns, structured programmes are essential. After an initial consultation, we typically meet every 2–3 weeks for an appropriate timeframe. In these sessions, we’ll review your progress, discuss any test results, and refine your treatment plan accordingly.
