About me

I am a registered nutritional therapist who specialises in gastrointestinal health, energy, weight loss and weight gain. As a mum of 2 teens I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in this area and how to provide healthy meals for a family. I see a lot of children, teens and young adults as a result. I regularly talk to schools about nutrition. My talks focus on brain and mood health for older children and how nutrition impacts their wellbeing especially at challenging times for example during exams.

I am also a keen cook and has a food comes first approach to my protocols. I am equipped to provide, recipes, cooking tips and nutrition know-how - how to get the best out of food.

I consult in Edinburgh however can also see people either via, Skype, Zoom or by telephone depending on the circumstances.
