About me

As a nutritionist and a health coach I work with people who want more energy, better sleep and a greater sense of well-being. It has been a life long journey learning about my own allergies and intolerance's and finding ways to manage them. These concerns impact so much of our lives and it's important to learn new skills on how to manage these difficult situations better.

I work with a range of health concerns including gastrointestinal complaints, stress, weight management and poor sleep. I specialise in allergies, intolerance's and many autoimmune conditions. My knowledge about these conditions is drawn from my expertise in nutrition, my personal experience and more than 20 years’ knowledge in hospitality and event management at a senior level, which has allowed me to generate a comprehensive catalogue of knowledge and content that can be applied to both individuals and organisations.

Organisational services include - Allergy awareness training and strategy implementation for organisations and corporate group educational talks for healthier employee programmes.

Programmes and training are all specialised and client specific to guide you through the heaaling process.

Testimonials:

'I have been working with Naomi for almost six months and found her to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, supplements and anything to do with healthy practices! She showed a high level of professionalism and sincerity in everything. My condition has greatly improved and I thank her very much for that!' - KT

'I would say that I was genuinely amazed by the positive impact that our sessions and your plan had on my health, and in particular my mental health, at what was one of the most stressful periods of my life. Having approached the course hoping to see a little change at best, I ended up having my pre-menstrual moods more or less stabilised completely; I would recommend a course to any women with similar problems, even if they haven't previously considered seeing a nutritionist, or if they are a little skeptical as to how much help it can be. Hopefully, they'll be as pleasantly-surprised as I was!' - Phillipa

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
