About me

Naomi Grieve, Registered Nutritional Therapist

Welcome! Are you tired of battling unpredictable gut symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, and uncomfortable bowel habits? I understand the frustration and confusion that comes with digestion health issues. With a personalized, evidence-based, holistic nutrition and lifestyle strategy, I’m here to help you find lasting relief.

Having experienced gut health challenges myself and within my family, I know how daunting it can be to manage these symptoms. I understand the profound impact that digestion health can have on your quality of life and am committed to helping you find relief.

My Approach

My approach focuses on uncovering your personal root causes and guiding you to better gut health. I offer functional testing and soon, in-clinic immediate tests such as calprotectin, vitamin D, and more. I recommend evidence-based, high-quality supplements. I can guide you on the questions to ask your GP regarding the types of tests they can initially provide. One of the root causes is a disrupted gut-brain connection, specifically the vagus nerve. New approaches like switching from the ‘fight or flight’ state to the ‘rest and digest’ state.

Women often suffer gut related symptoms due to the link between oestrogen levels and gut health. I believe in the power of food to prevent chronic disease and to increase energy levels, confidence, and mental well-being. I’ll guide and support you every step of the way.

What You Can Expect

You can expect a compassionate and personalized service tailored to your unique needs. I take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals, and use this information to develop a customized 12-week Gut Reset programme. I also offer a 6-week bloating signature programme, either 1-1 or in a peer support group setting. Discover the difference that personalized nutrition can make and take the first step towards your healthier gut.
