I'm a registered DIETITIAN, Personal Trainer and passionate sportswoman with over 15 years experience, working in some of the UK's leading academic hospitals. I offer clinical nutrition advice and support for infants, children and adults specialising in food allergies/intolerances, failure to thrive, weight loss/gain, and any gastrointestinal related issues. See my extended list below. As a passionate sportswoman I can also offer tailored exercise and nutrition programs to meet your goals.
My consultations are based on the latest scientific evidence and not the latest fads and trends. I offer face to face or Online.
Training, qualifications & experience
I offer clinical Nutritional Dietary Advice, as well as any weight gain, loss, hybrid nutritional advice.
I have competed in the World Hyrox World Championships, and can offer the best nutritional advice to boost your sporting performances.
I have more than fifteen years experience working in leading London hospitals as a specialist dietitian working in Upper GI Cancer, Head and Neck Cancer, Intensive Care Unit, Paediatric and Adolescent Nutrition in Allergies and Diabetes, General Nutrition.
Along with my nutritional expertise, I am a qualified Personal Trainer and have completed a Masters in Sports Nutrition.
I am registered with the British Medical Council and only provide Evidence Based Nutritional advice and keep up to date with current research advances. I am also registered at CIMPSA, and the BDA.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

My Fees are in line with guidance on fees from the British Dietetic Association. Packages are available and are the most cost effective option.
