About me

I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut and hormonal imbalances.

I learned the true power of food through my own health journey when I had to undergo two surgeries within six months of each other. This resulted in a rapid decline in my health, gut and energy levels. After several visits to various specialists, I began to heal myself through food and lifestyle. Discovering the power of nutrition led me to a four-year professional diploma at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, and I haven’t looked back since.

Clients come to see me after battling with their health for several years and when conventional medicine fails to help.  Treating each client as an individual and addressing the root cause rather than just their symptoms is how I help get them on the road to recovery.

Working closely with my clients, I support them to achieve their health goals by introducing realistic, manageable changes to their diet and lifestyle.

I am committed to support every client I see to feel better and be the healthiest version of themselves, so they can enjoy happy and vibrant lives.

Here are just a few testimonials from recent clients:

"Monica has been amazing with me! She’s taken everything at a pace that I can handle and is constantly checking in to make sure everything is ok. Within a matter of just a few weeks I’m already feeling better!!" Rachel

"I can’t recommend Monica highly enough. She is an expert in her field, and has made a huge difference in improving my day to day eating habits. She is full of knowledge and ideas, very inspiring and enthusiastic." Michelle

"Monica was really thorough in investigating what could be contributing to the gut symptoms I had been experiencing. She recommended a stool test and discovered I had contracted a parasite from a trip I took months earlier. I was pleased to understand what had been causing me so much discomfort and was finally able to eradicate the problem." Adam
