I am based on the west coast of Scotland and support people around the world using Zoom so we can see each other and and so you don't need to leave home!

Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy Diploma from the leading edge Institute of Optimum Nutrition and am currently finishing the Certificate in Integrative Sports Nutrition.
I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine, a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Free initial telephone session
I work with you to create a personal health plan and support you with diet and lifestyle changes that are sustainable in the long term.
My fees are structured as packages starting from a 30 day package at £300 and with other options for 3 month (£550) and 6 month (£995) packages.
My packages include:
- an initial FREE call to find out about what support you need and to tailor it for your individuals requirements and the constraints of your circumstances e.g. time of day for appointments
- interpretation of a comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition pre-consultation questionnaire
- a set number of private consultations over zoom - you decide on frequency - a normal length of time is 1 hour
- short telephone calls to support your progress - normally around 20 minutes
- functional and diagnostic testing and interpretation (all testing will be at additional cost and are not always needed)
- creation of a personal health plan
- a targeted supplement protocol (if needed)
All functional testing is charged in addition to package costs. I offer a meal planning services for 7 and 14 days also at additional cost should you require this extra level of support.
I am flexible to arrange evening or out of hours sessions if needed.
Having recovered from burnout and severe fatigue whilst working as a senior manager in the NHS I now help other professionals to turn their life around. I am passionate about using the power of nature to help address the health problems we have which I believe are in part because we are so disconnected from nature in our every day lives.
Food that nature gifts us in all of its diversity and colour is the foundation of our gut health. Being in nature itself, grounding ourselves and immersing our senses is the most powerful way of managing stress and calming our nervous system. Using elements of nature such as cold water swimming, hot water bathing, UV and red light aspects are all essential to include in your lifestyle if you really want to maximise your energy.
