I draw on experience from my professional background in HR and as a senior manager and business owner, understanding the work related pressures and the hectic lifestyle that creates strain and stress and has a negative impact on your health. By identifying and addressing the barriers and root causes of your health problems we will work to get you back on track, feeling re-energised and in control of your health and well-being.

Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated with a distinction in my Nutritional Therapy Diploma from the leading edge Institute of Optimum Nutrition.
I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine, a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
I work with you to create a personal health plan and support you with diet and lifestyle changes that are sustainable in the long term.
My fees are structured as packages starting from a 30 day package at £250 and with other options for 3 month (£550) and 6 month (£995) packages.
My packages include:
- an initial FREE call to find out about what support you need and to tailor it for your individuals requirements and the constraints of your circumstances e.g. time of day for appointments
- interpretation of a comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition pre-consultation questionnaire
- a set number of private consultations over zoom - you decide on frequency - a normal length of time is 1 hour
- short telephone calls to support your progress - normally around 20 minutes
- functional and diagnostic testing and interpretation (all testing will be at additional cost and are not always needed)
- creation of a personal health plan
- a targeted supplement protocol (if needed)
All functional testing is charged in addition to package costs. I offer a meal planning services for 7 and 14 days also at additional cost should you require this extra level of support.
I am flexible to arrange evening or out of hours sessions if needed.
My former career was a senior manager in the NHS in clinical services and human resources and I also have experience as an entrepreneur running businesses in the health and sports industries. I have witnessed the problems that constant stress causes and the difficulty for people to put their health first despite struggling with burnout and fatigue. It is a pleasure to be able to use my expertise in nutritional therapy and strong interest in mental health to help people change their lives to put them back on a path to optimal health and vitality allowing them to pursue their dreams and perform to the best of their potential.
I also offer services to corporate clients investing in the health and well-being of their staff. I can provide a range of options from fun tasting sessions, quick and easy meal prep workshops to tailored wellness programs to meet individuals health goals.
