Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

Having recovered from burnout and severe fatigue whilst working as a senior manager in the NHS I now help other professionals to turn their life around. I am passionate about using the power of nature to help address the health problems we have which I believe are in part because we are so disconnected from nature in our every day lives.

Food that nature gifts us in all of its diversity and colour is the foundation of our gut health. Being in nature itself, grounding ourselves and immersing our senses is the most powerful way of managing stress and calming our nervous system. Using elements of nature such as cold water swimming, hot water bathing, UV and red light aspects are all essential to include in your lifestyle if you really want to maximise your energy.

If you want to know more information about burnout and how to get your energy back then head over to my website and download my free value packed e-book, 'BURNOUT TO BALANCE: Knowing the Signs & How To Beat It!'.

Testimonials

“I came to Moira looking for help with what felt like roller coaster blood sugar levels. I thought my diet was pretty healthy ... however it became clear I’d fallen into a trap a lot of professional mums probably fall into, repetition! Moira helped me to up the variety of fruit and veg in my diet and ... I’m reaping the benefits of these changes. I’d recommend Moira to anyone wishing to optimise their diet to better suit a busy, active
lifestyle.” Christina, 37

“ I found Moira to be very approachable, and I felt at ease talking to her about my issues. The advice that she gave was well structured and varied, and I found that I could add it in to my daily routine successfully. One of the seemingly simplest of tips had a huge impact on my health issues and I am so grateful for her insight! Although some of the advice was common sense, by having it explained to me and examples given I made progress that I wouldn’t have been able to make on my own. I am so grateful for her help and it has given me the ability to manage my own health through my diet which is such a vital life skill that I know I will benefit from in the future. “ Rosy,  47

“I went to see Moira after suffering from joint pain. She suggested I adopt an anti-inflammatory diet and provided me with practical tips and recipes. Going on this diet has helped reduce my joint pain which has helped improve the quality of my life. I found Moira to be knowledgeable and very personable and would highly recommend using her services if you want to improve your diet and health.“ Karen, 52
