Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy Diploma from the leading edge Institute of Optimum Nutrition. I also hold a Certificate in Integrative Sports Nutrition and I am currently training as a Specialist Practitioner and Well-being Coach with The Chrysalis Effect who specialise in chronic fatigue.
I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine, a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Free initial telephone session
I work with you to create a personal health plan and support you with diet and lifestyle changes that are sustainable in the long term.
My fees are structured as packages starting from a 30 day package at £300 and with other options for 3 month (£550) and 6 month (£995) packages.
My packages include:
- an initial FREE call to find out about what support you need and to tailor it for your individuals requirements and the constraints of your circumstances e.g. time of day for appointments
- interpretation of a comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition pre-consultation questionnaire
- a set number of private consultations over zoom - you decide on frequency - a normal length of time is 1 hour
- short telephone calls to support your progress - normally around 20 minutes
- functional and diagnostic testing and interpretation (all testing will be at additional cost and are not always needed)
- creation of a personal health plan
- a targeted supplement protocol (if needed)
All functional testing is charged in addition to package costs.
Having recovered from burnout and chronic fatigue, whilst working as a senior manager in the NHS, I now help other professionals to turn their life around. I am passionate about using the power of nature to help address the health problems we have which I believe are in part because we are so disconnected from nature in our every day lives.
I work with clients so that they understand how energy is made in the body and what can go wrong with the process. I help them to make simple changes starting with their nutrition and gut health and supporting them with stress reduction and calming their nervous system. I like to emphasize the role of nature in being a healing force, not only providing us with wonderfully nourishing food but also providing a sanctuary for our mind and body.
For those that want to really maximise their energy I teach and support them how to being their body into alignment with their ancestral origins by using fasting, cycling through different styles of eating, avoiding excessive blue lights, making the most of things like cold water swimming, hot water bathing, UV and red light.
