Mohammad Al-Kayani
About me
My passion in nutrition came about when I came to the realisation that so much of our daily life can be improved when we feed our bodies in the most ideal and balanced manners as possible, and that so many of the illness people suffer throughout their lives can be prevented with good wholesome nutrition.
My philosophy is not to purely dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding, most importantly unique and personalised to the you.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximising energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
I am a strong believer in that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on this principle, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalised, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
I have spent time in South East Asia, the Middle East, and in the UK, my experiences across the globe gave me a better appreciation for unique foods, different nutrition needs and an appreciation of eating tasty yet healthy food befitting different lifestyles, traditions and cultures.
