Yummy colourful food, gut and brain health, and their connection to one another are some of my passions, and I get such a joy when I see my clients take control of their chronic symptoms and start being creators of the health they want and need.

I love working on a 1-to-1 basis and personalising my advice to each individual but I also get a buzz from educating and inspiring groups of people, whether it's staff members of large corporations, smaller companies, charities and organisations, or just a small group of friends wanting to have an alternative get-together making ferments or watching a healthy food demo and tasting the food prepared, with a glass of kombucha in their hands, of course!

I'm a BANT & CNHC registered nutritional therapist, NLP coach, creative nutritional chef and the founder of MetaWell. With my MSc degree in personalised nutrition science and diploma in nutritional therapy practice, the advice I give is always evidence-based, personalised (when working on 1-to-1) and very practical.

I see people for various reasons and have in the past helped people get relief from symptoms, such as bloating, hot flushes, foggy brain, skin conditions, low energy, low mood, excess weight to name but a few.

I run my clinic in Bracknell and can see clients via Zoom too. I run 121 cooking sessions, group cooking demos and fermentation workshops in my kitchen and in different venues in the community. I also do health talks and wellbeing events.

I adore food, particularly when it's colourful and delicious, so my kitchen and my kitchen garden are some of my favourite places, and I love growing and preparing food, cooking meals, treats and snacks, as well as creating new recipes and blogging about them.

I'm passionate about educating, motivating and inspiring individuals to start prioritising and taking control of their own health through small gradual changes in diet and lifestyle, so that they can feel happier and healthier long-term, gain increased vitality and ensure healthy ageing.

My cooking demonstrations and session show that healthy home cooking can be simple and easy, without compromising delicious taste.
