For years I battled with terrible period pain and abdominal pain, which eventually lead to me being diagnosed with endometriosis. Confused as to what this meant for me, I turned to nutrition as a way of trying to help myself. When I saw changes after years of struggling, I felt so empowered to study the science behind the use of food

Modern day living and stresses have disrupted a lot of people's health. Imbalances in your health can present itself as pain, fatigue and chronic health conditions such as endometriosis or PCOS. I use in-depth questioning to uncover your unique triggers and drivers of disease. The goal is to find the causes at the root of your symptoms and use nutrition, lifestyle changes and supplementation to encourage your body's innate healing systems to kick in.

Our hormones impact everything, from digestion to menstruation, mood, energy, appetite and more! imbalances in our hormones can really affect our health and wellbeing. Whether you're craving symptomless cycles or a smooth transition into menopause. Nutrition can be a really effective way to support hormonal balance. Tailored food and lifestyle changes can be key to restoring hormonal balance and gaining control back of your health.
