About me
I am a registered nutritional therapist and a mother of three, supporting clients with women's health. I am passionate about empowering busy mothers who are burnt out and need that extra nourishment and vitality in their lives. I also work with women prenatally, during pregnancy, and postpartum. My goal is to provide personalised nutritional guidance to help women thrive at every stage of motherhood.
Training, qualifications & experience
Nutritional Therapy Diploma from CNM (DipCNM). Graduated in 2020.
I'm registered with the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners). I continually attend CPD training to further my expertise and to stay up-to-date in the fast moving field of nutritional science.
Member organisations

The ANP is a professional Association representing Naturopathic Therapists. They are internationally connected and in touch with the politics of health and the safeguarding of natural therapies.
All ANP members have had to have undertaken an accredited course and abide to the ANP code of ethics to be accepted into the association.
