About me

Hello, my name is Michele. I'm a Registered Nutritionist, Health Coach and Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I am a gut expert and specialise in weight management and Women's health. This means I regularly work with things like bloating, reflux, poor bowel movement and sustainable weight loss.  There are related conditions I commonly see as, such as skin complaints, vaginal health infections, and women struggling to balance their hormones and all the related problems and health conditions this causes.

My approach is to take a 360degree view of your health: how did you get to this point, what are your symptoms, what are you eating, whats going on in your life and what have you tried already?  Or to put it another way - I look at environmental factors, diet and nutrition, stress and lifestyle, inherited conditions that run in your family, your chronic niggling symptoms as well as full medical history. This means you get a personalised plan, just for you, which enables better results and with my coaching all the way it helps you stay on track.

It can be difficult to navigate your health with all the conflicting information out there online. Often my clients have been through the mill of private GPs, specialist consultants, colonoscopies, endoscopies, stool tests, blood tests, only to be told everything is ‘normal’,  yet they still have symptoms? Sound familiar? Wouldn't you rather understand why your body is reacting this way so that you can then make the adjustments necessary to feel healthy with a good diet and just get your life back on track. It does not have to be a life of medication and restrictive diets.

I'm here to tell you, you have options and things can get better. You can break the cycle of poor sleep, fatigue, and unhealthy snacking.

My clients report working with me they resolve gut issues plaguing them for years, lose weight they couldn't shift, gain more energy than they thought possible and find renewed vitality.

I'll help you

  • Lose stubborn weight
  • Balance yo-yoing hormones
  • Fix tummy troubles
  • Improve sleep
  • Find your energy and vigour
  • Transform your relationship with food and feel confident in your food choice
  • Control appetite and get back control of your life

We will have a 30minute phone call to find out if we are a good match for each other and a chance for you to ask questions and me to find out some more about your health. The next step is to complete my detailed Intake forms which we will discuss in the ca. 75minute Initial Consultation covering medical history, symptoms, diet, health goals and challenges.  Then you get your personalised plan to follow.

I like to work with 10-12 week programmes to give you purpose and a timeline.  Regular meetings and coaching makes a real difference to your results and that way we can address any issues together as they come up with a step-by-step approach.

As a Natural Chef and Vegan chef Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine I  work with all kinds of dietary requirements and can provide lots of food and cooking tips with tasty food plans and recipes.

We can work on line via zoom or you can come to my swish clinic rooms at Triyoga in Camden, Central London. The first step is to contact me via www.nutritioneast.london or email me at michele@nutritioneast.london

My approach is to create a personalised health plan that is specific to you. I like to build a close working relationship with you that’s supportive but also educational so I can pass to you the tools to understand your body.

In order to establish a new eating regime, consider clinical testing and propose suitable supplements we will need to work together over a period of time. The best way to do this is with a programme. This builds commitment from you and will yield better results as we develop our therapeutic relationship. In my experience, it is easier for clients to make changes when accountable to someone, and with regular support and coaching. Therefore, all my programmes begin with a 10-12 week structure and include the following elements:

  • 60-75minute initial consultation
  • 45-60minute follow up meetings by skype or face to face
  • Progress review phone calls to keep you on track
  • In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider diet, symptoms, medical history, family medical history, lifestyle, and stress
  • Personalised nutrition advice and supplement plan
  • Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation
  • Recommendation of clinical testing (testing is an additional cost) and interpretation of results
  • Meal and recipe support plan with shopping lists
  • Direct messenger support via my encrypted Client Management system
  • Consultations are available via zoom, telephone or face to face.

Sabrina Feb 2021

I came to Michele because I was experiencing bloating, low energy and bad period pains due to an issue with f*broids. Unfortunately, I wasn't getting the answers I needed from the Doctors as the symptoms were persistent and at times debilitating. Upon working with Michele she did an initial assessment of my health and put together a nutrition plan which included recipes and supplements suited to my needs. I highly recommend Michele. She was thorough in her approach, encouraging and supportive throughout. Six months later I am feeling so much better within my health. I now have energy and pain free periods. Thank you Michele!

Eleonora Collini, London June 2020

After years of suffering from bowel syndrome and other gut related issues, and having tried traditional medicine as well as seeing a gastroenterologist, I have decided to find a nutritionist and Michele was recommended by a friend.
Over just a few months she completely changed my life. I now feel as if I had a new gut, and both my mental and physical health has improved dramatically thanks to the diet Michele got me to follow along with the natural remedies she has put me on. Her support has been so precious! I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!

Martin Ingram, London Aug 2019

Michele @nutrition.east completely resolved my severe back problem.
After seeing many specialists and being fed painkiller after painkiller by the NHS Michele set me on the right course to healing! Thank you nutriton.east
