About me

Hi, I’m Michaela, I’m a Registered Nutritional therapist specialising in female health and hormones. I help women struggling with hormone, thyroid and energy issues to look and feel their best using the power of food as medicine.

Helping women restore hormone harmony is my superpower and when you master your hormones you will have more energy, better sleep, clearer mind and those extra pounds will melt away without any crazy diets, calorie counting or starving yourself. My clients find their mood improves, their confidence returns and they start to feel better than ever.

The secret to my success is getting to the root cause of your hormone imbalance and creating personalised protocols designed to restore balance at a cellular level.

My method focuses on looking at the whole you rather than individual symptoms and taking a deep dive into your health history, signs and symptoms and lifestyle to create the right approach for you. I work with the leading functional and genetic testing laboratories in the UK to help us get right to the root cause of your problems and create a truly personalised strategy for you. In addition I incorporate health coaching to help you stay focused and motivated throughout your programme.

If hormones are causing mayhem in your life, you are perimenopausal, or have a diagnosed hormone condition, then please book a complimentary call with me to find out how I can help you: https://p.bttr.to/2XpccSb

I help support the following:

  • Perimenopause
  • Menopause
  • Fertility
  • Thyroid issues
  • Adrenal issues
  • Energy
  • Stress
  • Weight management

HOW DOES IT WORK?

My practice runs entirely online. We start off with a complimentary introductory call on Zoom. You can book this in via my website or by using the link below:
https://p.bttr.to/2XpccSb

During this 30 minute call we get to know each other, establish your needs and have the opportunity to see if we are a good fit.

After this first call, I will send you a detailed health questionnaire and a 3 day food diary to complete prior to your initial consultation.

The initial consultation lasts from between 60-90 minutes. In this time we go through your questionnaire in more detail, we will talk about your diet, your lifestyle and what barriers or obstacles might stop you making changes to your diet and lifestyle.

After the session, I will research your case and create a bespoke protocol just for you. This may include testing and supplement recommendations as well as a diet and lifestyle plan. You will receive this within 3 days of your initial consultation.

Following your initial consultation, we then have regular progress review sessions during which we will review how well the protocol is working and I will coach you through any challenges you may be having. Depending on the level of support you require we meet either fortnightly or weekly and these sessions are relaxed, comfortable and non-judgemental.

During our time together we work on diet, lifestyle and mindset and the results can be truly phenomenal.

MY STORY

In a former life, I worked as a fashion merchandiser in London. It was fun. We worked hard and played harder. Our lifestyle was filled with late boozy nights, long hours in the office and junk food. At the time we didn’t really give a second thought to our health. We were young, fit, healthy and invincible (or so we thought).

I got into nutrition following the birth of my daughter when I found myself really struggling with low energy. The kind of low energy where you can’t get up from the sofa.

Determined that life was too short to waste it feeling like this, I made some changes to my diet and was astounded by the difference it made.

Fast forward to today, now in my late forties, I feel better than ever and I want the same for you too.

My mission is to help you to look and feel the best you can so that you live each day to the full and get the most out of life, so book in now for your free introductory call and let’s get started.
