About me

Welcome to EatforLife! My mission is to help people add years to their lives and life to their years - whatever your age!

As a naturopathic nutritional therapist, nutrition and wellness coach and psychologist I use nutrition, functional testing and supportive coaching to help you optimise your health and well-being.

Nutrition is still the new kid on the science block and fascinating research that challenges our current thinking is emerging on an almost daily basis. This can be overwhelming, confusing and misleading. My role is to translate the latest developments into effective and manageable strategies, tailored to your individual needs.

Where do you start? Contact me by phone or email to set up an initial free conversation to explore how I can help and what approach would suit you best.

I've qualified in 2020 and have been working with clients on wide range of issues including weight loss, fatigue, adult acne, digestive issues including SIBO, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalances and anxiety.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

Our bodies are awesome and always try to do the best for us to ensure our survival. We are all unique individuals which means that what works for one person may not work for another. My approach is food first and making your nutrition and lifestyle plan personalised and realistic. I believe it's about progress not perfection. Small sustainable changes made consistently over time will lead to big results. I have experienced this for myself and see this time and time again in clinic.
