About me
I am a passionate nutritionist living with Crohn's, and I specialize in gut health. I understand the challenges of navigating conflicting advice, and I'm dedicated to helping others improve their health. As a qualified counsellor, I also address the emotional aspects of food and mental health. I offer guidance on transitioning to plant-based diets, including a new weight-loss program. I provide one-on-one consultations online, as well as in-person sessions at The Dorset Practice (Mondays and Fridays) and in London (Tuesdays to Thursdays).
I specialize in supporting clients with:
Gut Health: Managing conditions like I.B.S (explaining the low FODMAP diet), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s & colitis), Diverticular Disease and Fatty Liver.
Healthy Eating: Providing advice on general nutrition and addressing nutritional deficiencies.
Weight Loss: Offering guidance for weight management and support.
Malnutrition: Assisting those who are underweight or need help with weight gain and nutrition support.
Plant-Based Diets: Supporting individuals on vegetarian or vegan diets or those transitioning to plant-based eating.
