Melanie Simcock - Dip (Raw) mBANT, CNCH, Senior Assoc. Royal Society of Medicine
- Would you benefit from a healthier diet and lifestyle?
- Are you tired of being 'tired all the time'?
- Would you like more energy and a sharper brain?
- Are you struggling to achieve a healthy weight and maintain it?
If you answer 'YES' to any of the above then you may benefit from a Nutritional Therapy consultation.
Many health concerns can be improved by dietary and lifestyle changes. Since qualifying in Nutrition in 2004 I have been seeing clients on a one-to-one basis motivating them to achieve their health goals. I am passionate about helping people achieve the benefits of a good diet and healthy lifestyle and get great satisfaction from seeing clients make real progress.
Below are some of the comments from previous clients:
"Melanie's help with changing my diet has been invaluable. I have more energy now than I have had for years. Melanie has been supportive and encouraging throughout and her enthusiasm for healthy eating is infectious." Margaret, Great Bookham
"Melanie has helped me enormously. With her plan of action for a new healthy diet, I have gone from being continually hungry, randomly tired, habitually irritable to being more relaxed, less grouchy and just feeling so much better. She also takes a rounded approach to things though, so she gives tips on all other sorts of things which compliment a good diet, such as sleeping, relaxing and general well being all of which have helped massively." Nick, Camberley
"Melanie has helped me to lose 32 pounds in the last year, without feeling that am am starving myself. Melanie has helped me achieve a much healthier eating style that is sustainable for the future." Liz, Woking
"Melanie was brilliant! We went through my eating habits, my goals and came up with a practical, adaptable and, most importantly, workable approach - something that was tailored to my abilities and my lifestyle. A wonderful and informative service." Eve, Camberley
I also offer workshops and lectures. These are provided by 'Inspiring Health 4 Life' a company I established with a colleague. For more information visit: www.inspiringhealth4life.com
