Training, qualifications & experience

I have recently retrained in this field to channel my lifelong passion for food, nutrition & complementary therapy into my profession. As an advocate of an evidence based approach to wellness & disease prevention - I am continually updating my knowledge & understanding with the latest research, current nutrition literature & lectures from the leading experts in the naturopathic & function medicine disciplines.

I am a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) & a member of British Association of Nutritional Therapist (BANT), the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) & Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC)

I also have completed training to undertake & analyse a number of functional laboratory tests - including comprehensive hormone analysis & genetic testing with Nordic Labs & Organic Acid Test with Great Plains Laboratory. I am also a DNA Life practitioner.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
