About me

Hi, I’m Melanie, a Yorkshire-based Nutritional Therapist with a passion for hormonal health and all things gut related. I am constantly fascinated by the interconnection of our body systems, the underlying causes of disease and the science behind the recommendations I make to enable you to feel like yourself again.

Be Perfectly Nourished is my online clinic, established to allow you to access high-quality nutritional therapy at a time that suits you. My approach is friendly and professional. Both daytime and evening appointments are available, with weekends upon request.

One size most definitely does not fit all, and so I offer personalised nutritional assessments to examine your health history and deliver a bespoke programme to enable you to make the changes that support your individual needs. Your programme also takes account of your time commitments, family circumstances, cookery skills and food preferences to ensure it is right for YOU!

I also work with clients looking to transition to a wholefoods plant-based diet, supporting along the journey to ensure that the correct nutrition is obtained.

I offer a free discovery call so that we can discuss your needs and you can find out more about how I can support you.

What to expect from a Nutritional Therapy package:

We begin with a 90-minute session where we complete a comprehensive review of your health history, your current health status, and discuss your desired outcomes. Following this, we work together to create a nutrition and lifestyle plan that works for you. We meet regularly and have support calls in between sessions to help you to form sustainable new habits to help you move towards your health goals.

Food and lifestyle changes are at the forefront of my approach; however, I may suggest specific supplements to support your progress. Where appropriate, tests such as hormonal panels, stool tests and stress profiles may be recommended, especially in more complex cases.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

I offer a selection of packages ranging from 30 days to 5 months of support. I recommend that for the best results, we work together for a minimum of three months. The packages are payable in instalments should this be an option you prefer.

Package prices start from £299.
