About me
Not feeling your best right now?
I get it: you feel sluggish, defeated, unheard, unsupported and totally overwhelmed by the thought of getting your health back on track.
Well, I’m here to tell you it’s totally possible to heal.
With my hyper-personalised nutrition plans (plus optional medical testing) I’m so excited to support you on your own path to hormone freedom.
Balancing your hormones does not have to be complicated.
With the right foods, lifestyle choices, supplements, and support, your incredible body is more than capable of healing itself from the inside out.
Hi! I’m Megan Hallett and I’m a certified female health nutritionist specialising in all things hormones.
Through hyper-personalised nutrition plans and functional testing, I help you fix your hormones for good so you can feel educated, empowered, and energised in all aspects of your life.
And, above all, I’m here to listen to you.
Because I know how it feels to hit a dead end with hormonal symptoms - that simply won’t budge. To feel totally unseen and unheard by your doctors.
I know how it feels to be told that:
- you ‘just’ need to lose weight
- you ‘just’ need to go on the pill
- it’s ‘just’ your hormones
- Too many women are feeling lost because our hormones are constantly dismissed as ‘too complicated to fix’.
I think it’s time we changed that, don’t you?
Training, qualifications & experience
Megan trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Nutritional therapy and at the Institute of Integrated Nutrition prior to that and is a member of BANT and the CNHC.
I have published a book on women's health, consult for cycle tracking app Hormona and have developed a supplement in collaboration with them.
