About us

Nutritional Therapy

As a Nutritional Therapist, I work holistically using food, supplements, herbs and lifestyle changes to support your physical health. Some of the areas I cover include:

  • Food cravings and weight loss challenges
  • Women’s health
  • Tired-all-the-time, low energy and burnout
  • Autoimmune conditions e.g. Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, endo
  • Digestion
  • Food intolerances and sensitivities
  • Specialist diets e.g. Vegan, GF, DF, NF

Please note this list is not exhaustive. Private lab testing can be carried out where required. 

Your individual health profile is unique, therefore I will create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme specifically for you. I will support you between your appointments so you don't have to do it alone.

Health Coaching 

Helping you to create a new way of living that prioritises your health and wellness, every single day. This is for you if you’ve tried to make changes by yourself but they never last. You can’t seem to make new habits stick and you’re tired of trying only to end up feeling frustrated and disappointed. 

I have been where you are. I know personally how hard it can be to do it alone and how easy it is to go off-track when life gets in the way. Change is emotional! It can feel overwhelming knowing where to start, especially if you’re stressed and don’t have a lot of time for yourself. 

I also know that having a Health Coach who will support you on your journey and keep you accountable can be the difference between reaching the best version of you or struggling by yourself.

Coaching works so effectively with Nutritional Therapy to give you the encouragement and support you need to make health and lifestyle changes. Together we can co-create a vision and plan so that you look and feel good from the inside out.

Holistic Therapies can support you on deeper levels including the emotional, mental and spiritual level, as well as having a calming, relaxing effect on the mind and body. As an Holistic Practitioner I offer the following therapies:

Bach Flower Therapy

Using flower remedies as tinctures to assist in balancing the emotions and the mind, which in turn support overall health and wellbeing. 

Reiki

Reiki uses “universal life energy” or ‘chi’ which is channelled through the practitioner to the client as a form of healing for relaxation and restoration for the body and mind.
