About me

Hello, I'm May, registered nutritional therapist and Type 1 Diabetic.

My goal is to support you by translating all the conflicting advice out there into a simple actionable plan to support you back to health.

Specialist areas of interest include (but are not limited to):

  • Blood sugar regulation
  • Gut health
  • Skin health
  • Energy

I work with a wide range of clients from those looking to loose weight and have more energy, to those with unwanted symptoms or having just received a diagnosis.

Working with me you will get evidenced-based, personalised nutrition and lifestyle support that is focused on uncovering the underlying causes of your symptoms and getting you back to feeling your best.

What to expect from working with me:

  • Exploration of current symptoms, diet, routine, health history, family history, stressors and environment to make sure your plan is unique to you.
  • An initial 90 minute consultation where we will discuss your symptoms and health history with an explanation of what might be driving your symptoms
  • A comprehensive personalised diet and lifestyle plan to take away with you after each session
  • 1 hour follow up consultations where we will review progress and tweak your plan.
  • Functional testing to uncover underlying imbalances driving your symptoms (up to 20% discount)
  • GP test recommendations & interpretation
  • Supplement suggestions (up to 20% discount)
  • Handouts, recipes & meal plans
  • Support to keep you on track

I prefer to work with clients over a period of time in order to find the root cause of your symptoms and have time to make significant positive change. Nutrition and lifestyle medicine is not a ‘quick fix’ but I have seen first hand the impact it can have on health long term. My approach looks at lifestyle, stress, sleep, environment and much more than nutrition alone, I find working with clients over several weeks gives us time to make real positive change in the long term.

With my own health history and a background and passion for good food and cooking, I will work with you to create personalised food, supplement and lifestyle plans that prioritise enjoyment of food in the pursuit of improving nutrition and diet as a long term, sustainable way to improve your health.

Email me at to arrange a free enquiry call where we can discuss your goals and how I might be able to help.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
