About me

Hi I’m Maxine, I'm an experienced NHS Dietitian I can help you to lose weight, achieve IBS relief, and succeed at your health goals.

  • I use evidence-based approaches proven to work for most patients
  • I'm trained in behaviour change techniques to break down barriers to success
  • I offer one to one hour long consultations in clinic or via video or telephone.
  • You will receive a take home plan
  • A meal plan, shopping list & any relevant resources will be sent out to you
  • My clinic is in Wolverhampton and I see clients from across the West Midlands and surrounding counties.

My specialisms include Weight management, Workplace Health & Wellness, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I am an accredited low FODMAP diet practitioner. The low FODMAP diet is highly effective treatment for IBS.

What is a Dietitian?

Dietitians are like nutritionists but governed by law, subject to an ethical code, and able to treat specific conditions with diet.

Private Consultations

I hold private clinic sessions weekly in Wolverhampton. One to one consultations provide you with expert assessment and support with your Health condition or weight loss.

The first consultation usually involves:

  • Discussion of your health goals & concerns
  • Full assessment of the issue
  • Addressing any barriers to change
  • An outline of the treatment approach
  • A specific treatment plan
  • A take home plan
  • A meal plan, shopping list & relevant resources sent after the session

Followup consultations are often needed to achieve your health goals. Ongoing email support is provided between sessions.

I may need to write to your GP or consultant to recommend tests and supplements or brief them on your treatment, with your permission.

To book a consultation or discuss your condition please give a call on 07951 999 884, or email me on maxinepalmer@restoremynutrition.co.uk

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
