About me
Hi, I am an experienced nutritional therapist, Master NLP Practitioner and advanced personal fitness coach. As such I offer a fully holistic and functional mind and body approach to supporting people with a wide range of health conditions or health/performance goals, so that they can return to health, seeing and feeling real improvements.
I work from my private studio and consultation rooms in West Kirby Wirral. Each programme I design is personalised and individual to you and your specific condition, lifestyle and preferences. My aim is to leave you with a better understanding of your diet and how it affects your health, feeling in control of your eating, and with the skills and motivation to keep making healthy food choices into the future.
I work with clients with a wide range of health conditions, but due to my own competitive sporting background and having previously owned my own health club, weight management and sports nutrition in particular are 2 of my specialist areas.
I work with clients using nutritional therapy on its own but I also put together highly effective Mind & Body packages that utilise all of the therapies I do.
Action and taking that first step is often the hardest part. So I offer a free no obligation 15- 20 minute telephone consultation to get you started.
