I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, who has worked extensively in the community with organisations such as, NHS, Urban Roots, Govan Help and Glasgow Life, to help and educate people in the value of nutrition and healthy eating. I also work with individuals to help them to achieve optimum health. Getting to the root of your health issues and working on re-balancing the body by offering advice on the right foods for you. I love food and expect it to be delicious and I like to pass that love and passion on to my clients.
Getting it right can be difficult. This is where I can help out. My philosophy is that healthy choices lead to a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes we can be unsure of what healthy eating means to us as individuals, especially, if we are struggling with a chronic condition, food sensitivities or general ill health. Together we can create an individualised plan to optimise your health and well-being. The process involves assessing a number of factors including age, genetics, lifestyle and health history through completing a health questionnaire. This is followed by a private 75 minute consultation. 45 minute follow ups are also available. Testing and supplements may be recommended.
