About me

Are you a busy person but whose gut health issues can get in the way of your enjoyment of life?

Do you have obvious gut issues that result in uncomfortable and embarrassing symptoms?

Or perhaps, you have a problem losing weight or are affected by autoimmune disease issues which can also be associated with imbalances in the gut.

If this is you, then my nutrition and coaching programmes are designed to help you re-balance your gut and recapture your health.

I believe in a personalised nutrition programme that takes into consideration your medical history, family history, lifestyle, and diet to identify any underlying nutritional imbalances.  During an initial consultation we will further review your situation and I will explain the imbalances I have identified.  Then together we will work on a nutrition and lifestyle plan that is right for you.

I offer a 30 minute free telephone call to see if my services can benefit you.

As a Registered Nutritionist BANT who specialises in gut health, I have also worked extensively in the community with organisations such as, NHS, Urban Roots, Govan Help and Glasgow Life, to help and educate people in the value of nutrition and healthy eating.  If you need a help with a public health nutrition programme so not hesitate to call me.
