About me

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutrigenetics counsellor trained in Functional Medicine  I am also a Yoga teacher.

I've spent most of my life trying to understand and "decode" what my body (and mind) needs are learning and using many methods along the way (Yoga, Breathwork, Functional Medicine, Nutrigenomics).

Now I use this knowledge and clinical experience to help you feel and look your best. Why some foods just don't agree with you? Does a vegan or vegetarian diet suit you? How you respond to stress and exercise? Can you assess the risk of chronic disease? How dependant are all these on your genes, lifestyle and life attitude?

I offer one-off consultations and 3-month fully personalised programs designed with YOU for YOU that really work! It took me years to get there and I am now excited to share all this with you in ONLY 3 months!

Don't miss the opportunity...Uncover your genetic identity alongside your true self and intentions. Enrol in a program that holistically and uniquely nourishes you!

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
