I am passionate about helping people to find a sustainable way of eating, that helps them feel their best. There is so much misinformation out there, it can be completely confusing and overwhelming to know where to start sometimes. With several years of clinical experience, my aim is to help you identify your goal(s) and to work with you whilst you achieve them with my professional support.
Whilst I am a GAPS trained practitioner, well versed in the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Low Fodmap approach, Paleo diet, Low Carb and Ketogenic diets, as well as Intermittent fasting (phew!), I do not believe one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and prefer to help you identify a way of eating that helps YOU to feel YOUR best, even if it means breaking all these so called 'rules'. I spend more time taking people OFF restrictive diets than putting them on them, and want you to know that feeling healthy and satisfied with what you eat, is absolutely achievable!

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (NT) with 5 years clinical experience. I have been trained in Functional Medicine principles towards supporting health and am always looking to determine the root imbalance and easiest way to correct this with my clients. I have worked with hundreds of clients over several years on a variety of health conditions, and my training and experience – combined with my compassion and realistic view of health – makes me a well-prepared partner for you in your journey towards better physical and mental health.
I graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2012 and have been in practice ever since. I am currently studying for my Masters degree in Advanced Nutrition Research and Practice, with a focus on individual carbohydrate tolerance and the gut micro biome. I am a BANT member and CNHC registered, and I hold full professional indemnity insurance.
I currently work for Cytoplan 3 days a week a a nutritional therapist, providing technical support, writing articles and blogs, and supporting practitioner events.
I was lead nutrition practitioner for Foresight Preconception for 4 years, giving me valuable experience in preconception and fertility support as well as the barriers both men and women can face in their quest for optimal health and conception. I still offer Hair Mineral Analysis tests for clients wishing to explore their health and fertility using Foresight’s optimised ranges, these tests are now available to my private clients who work with me.
In 2016-2017 I had the the pleasure of working for a VIP client in the Middle East for a year as a personal nutritional therapist, travelling the world as we worked together to try different cuisine and to support a healthier attitude to nutrition.
I have worked for international luxury retreat company, Bodhimaya, as their functional food expert and chef on several retreats in the glorious South of France and I adore getting creative in the kitchen. After all, healthy food has to taste good!
