Hi, I’m Lucy, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising supporting women with all aspects of their hormone health; from period issues/PMS, hormone imbalance conditions, fertility through to perimenopause. I help women struggling with changing hormones, chronic stress, unpredictable moods and poor energy to regain control of their hormones, their happiness, and their life.
I help women to see that their hormones don’t need to control them; that with the right support, knowledge, commitment and action, you can firmly take back the reins from your raging hormones and be back in control of your energy, your sleep, your happiness, and life in general.
I have helped guide countless women through the haze of hormonal brain fog, frustration and burn-out using my hormone balancing method. By carefully researching your specific symptoms, I get to the root cause of what is causing these, ensuring we tackle your symptoms systematically to enable you to reach your health goals.
All of my Nutrition & Lifestyle Plans are unique and carefully tailored to each client; no two women are the same, so no two plans are the same.
I work selectively with functional testing laboratories in the UK, using testing as an additional strategy to shed more light on your personal biochemistry, enabling more targeted and focussed interventions. As a qualified Health Coach, I also support you with long-term behaviour and habit change, to ensure you can confidently continue with your new lifestyle by the time your Programme ends.
If your hormones are ruling your life, and you want to turn things around, book a complimentary Health Review call with me and let’s get you back to your best: https://calendly.com/lucypatelnutrition/health-transformation-call-30-mins

Working with me: What To Expect
I see clients both in person and remotely, whichever is most convenient for you. I like to get to know you first, so the process starts with a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation. This enables you to tell me specifically what you need help with, and to see if I am the right practitioner for you.
You can book your complimentary Health Review call by following this link:
If after this first call you decide I am the right Nutritionist to help you, I will send you a detailed Health Questionnaire and a 3 day Food & Lifestyle diary. You will complete these before your initial consultation.
Your initial consultation lasts 75 minutes; during this session, we discuss in depth your symptoms, family history, eating habits, lifestyle, sleep habits, and, most importantly, your health goals. I also carry out a thorough medication and supplement check.
After this first session, I conduct thorough research into your case and issue you your personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle plan, which will be tailored specifically to you, your symptoms, and your goals. If I decide you would benefit from supplementation or testing, this will be discussed with you and clearly explained.
You will then have fortnightly 45 minute follow up sessions with me, where we check in on your progress, develop your plan further to encompass all aspects of support into your plan. You will receive an updated plan after every appointment.
I also like to check in with you in between sessions, to see how you are progressing with your plan, and whether you need some additional support and encouragement.
