About me

Hello and welcome! I'm Lucy. I am a qualified nutritional therapist with a wide range of experience and a special interest in helping young adults, men and women get to the root cause of their unresolved health issues, restore their energy and vitality and get their life back!

I work with you using my fully supported, signature REBOOST programmes to provide a realistic and achievable, fully personalised, dietary, lifestyle and supplement plan.

I understand that nutritional therapy is a big step and that you may have had many obstacles and disappointments on your journey towards regaining your health, but personal experience has taught me that it is possible to get your life back. By implementing my evidence based, scientific and holistic approach and with my support every step of the way you can achieve your health goals!

I am able to refer to other specialists in the field if necessary as I am an accredited member of the Chrysalis Effect Referral Practitioner community, dedicated to supporting those wanting to regain their physical and emotional health. I am also training as a Chrysalis Effect trauma informed wellbeing coach.

I look forward to meeting you and helping guide you back to a healthier, happier you!
