About me

Lucy is a gut specialist dietitian who currently works for a private healthcare company as well as within the Freelance sector. She specialises in gastrointestinal conditions and leads the hydrogen breath testing service (for SIBO) within her private firm.

Lucy gained her first-class honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Surrey. She has vast experience working in busy NHS teaching hospitals and the private sector.

Lucy has always maintained a strong interest and passion towards food & its role in maintaining optimal physical and mental health. The effect nutrition has on the gut fascinates her and the power dietary manipulation has in eradicating these embarrassing and often debilitating digestive disturbances such as changes in stools, pain and reflux, is vast. She has significant experience and knowledge regarding diet in relation to a variety of gut conditions such as IBS, IBD, Coeliac disease, Reflux/GERD, SIBO/IMO and Eisinophillic Oesophagitis (EoE).

So, if you would like advice in relation to gut health, in order to reduce symptoms, manage a longstanding condition or optimise your microbiome, Lucy would love to help.
