About me
Hello, I'm Louise - a registered Nutritional Therapist. I work with a wide range of health conditions and have particular interest in women 40+ who are struggling with menopausal hormone and gut issues with resulting mood swings/issues.
My approach is empathetic but also pragmatic.
My goal is to support clients using current nutritional medicine/scientific evidence and will often utilise specific lab tests to help determine underlying causes. From here a targeted nutrition and supplement (if appropriate) plan is created to return you back to feeling well and living life to the full.

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
