About me
As a nutritional therapist I will approach your health holistically, considering both aspects - the physical and the mental - with the aim of addressing the root causes. Having been through my own health issues I know what it feels like to try and navigate the public health service and be left feeling abandoned and as though there is something wrong with you.
I will make the space for you and allow you to tell your story, perhaps for the first time, as we start your health journey together. I lead with compassion whilst always having your best interests in mind. I offer evidence-based nutrition advice and lifestyle interventions, whilst also offering recommendations for books, functional medicine speakers, resources, relaxation techniques, and anything else I feel would resonate with you. My sessions with you is all about you; uniquely you.
The key areas of health I support my clients with are women's health, gut health, and mental health.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained in the arts from age two becoming a professional ballet dancer. This life-changing experience has given me an awareness of the body, its capabilities and its limitations. Due to a major injury, I then went on to train as a physical instructor where I became acutely aware of the major importance of diet and nutrition in weight loss and weight maintenance. My insatiable curiosity for nutrition science had me hunting down the formula for effortless weight maintenance, optimal health, and optimal fitness.
I then studied and trained at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and Bristol. I now run an online practice working with clients all over the UK, working with menopause, men's health, IBS, allergies, autoimmune disease, and depression and PTSD.
Member organisations
The ANP is a professional Association representing Naturopathic Therapists. They are internationally connected and in touch with the politics of health and the safeguarding of natural therapies.
All ANP members have had to have undertaken an accredited course and abide to the ANP code of ethics to be accepted into the association.

Additional information
I offer 3 packages, all of which include a blood test. The packages include a weekly follow-up call. For packages 2 and 3 a bespoke test is offered in addition to the blood test based on the issues you presents with:
Package 1 - 6 weeks support @ £400
Package 2 - 8 weeks support @ £650
Package 3 - 12 weeks support @ £950
In addition to packages, I also offer ad-hoc consultations at £120 for initial consultations and £40 for follow-up appointments. Tests are not automatically ordered with ad-hoc appointments, and testing would be at an additional cost.
I always provide a free 20 minute phone call or video call to discuss how I work and what issues you have, and to see if we would work well together.
