I am passionate about helping people find peace with food, exercise and their body.
I practice non diet evidence based nutrition and help women heal their hormonal health, stop obsessing about food and learn to trust their body.
I haven’t always had a healthy relationship towards food. I’ve counted calories and eliminated whole food groups but it made me obsess about food. I healed my relationship with food when I stopped dieting and started practicing Intuitive and Mindful Eating.
I place a large focus on developing relationship with my clients that is compassionate, non-judgmental and self-nurturing.
In our society many people are confused about nutrition. You are not alone if you struggle with your eating.
My mission is to help you move away from conflicting information about nutrition and help you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, learn to listen to its hunger, fullness and satiety cues to promote long term health - physically, mentally and emotionally.
I believe in a non-diet and weight neutral approach, focusing on changing behaviours to promote lifelong health and wellbeing. I believe that in order to have optimal hormonal and physical health its important to care for your emotional and mental health.
What to expect from our work together
I approach each person with unique needs. During nutrition therapy sessions I review your health history, explore relationship with food, your nutrition goals and body image.
On the basis of gathered information I provide a bespoke nutritional and lifestyle programme for you to promote true holistic health. We work together to help you enjoy the parts of life that matter most.
My goal is to help you live your fullest life, give up yo-yo diets that don't work. Instead of giving you a strict nutrition plan and telling you what to do, I come alongside by educating, supporting and empowering you, so you can listen to your inner body’s cues for physical, mental and emotional health.
We'll work together to let go of harmful believes about food and your body and instead learn about non-diet nutrition and help you feel your best. Making peace with food and your body is a way to living a meaningful and happy life.

After obtaining a degree in Economics and Business at University College London, Lizaveta discovered her passion to health and wellbeing, which led her to complete a 3 year training course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist.
She is also a Personal Trainer, specialising in strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility.
