I am passionate about helping women, especially new mums and those with young children achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Often, whilst we are busy with small children we put our own health needs on the back burner and then find ourselves stressed and overwhelmed. Any health niggles we had before having children may, therefore, become worse as we have less and less time to focus on ourselves, especially if we are juggling a career as well.
Having tackled health problems myself after the birth of my first daughter, I know how important it is to be able to get healthy, filling food to the table as quickly as possible - gone are the days of having hours to spend learning new recipes! Therefore my suggestions are always practical and doable with limited time.
I was so impressed with the results I achieved after changing my own diet (my energy levels increased dramatically, I lost two stone and healed a gut infection, to mention a few improvements) that I went on to train with the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London for four years to become a fully-qualified nutritional therapist.
Since then I have gone on to help many women, often who are juggling a career with child rearing, regain their health and vitality.
