I am a Nutritional Therapist and Pilates instructor. I have worked within the health and fitness sector for over 12 years. I have worked both privately within health clubs as an instructor & personal trainer and within the public sector delivering health intervention projects for the NHS. I offers a personalised nutrition approach to your health. I am passionate about food and creating live-able nutritional solutions to your health needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 12 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. Having working are a personal trainer and group fitness instructor I have a wealth of experience supporting people as they make changes that will benefit their health.
My passion for good health lead her to further develop my knowledge; I studied nutritional therapy at the Institute Of Optimum Nutrition, London. I am furthering my knowledge by currently studying toward an MSc in nutritional therapy with the Northern College of Acupuncture.
Within my clinical practice I offers support to clients with hormonal health, endocrine issues and poor immunity.
I also works with the Spire private hospital supporting clients wanting weight management and bariatric surgery.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Nutrition Makeover £199.00
This package includes 1 X 90 minutes and 2 X 60 minute appointments to be used over 3months. The package offers personalised nutritional support that will address your health and wellbeing concerns.
Nutrition Optimization £250.00
This package includes 1x 90 minutes, 2 X 60 minute face to face consultation and 3 X 30 minute phone consultations. Nutrition Optimization offers personalised nutrition planning and additional support to help you achieve your goals.
Ongoing Support £25 per month (Minimum 6 months paid by direct debit)
